5 Rotate the zoom ring to Tele or
Wide.
A: Zoom ring
• Always set to Tele when using a tele
conversion lens and to Wide when
using a wide conversion lens. The
conversion icon ([ ] or [ ]) changes
from red (blinking) to white.
• When using a conversion lens, ensure
the conversion icon is white when
taking pictures. If pictures are taken
when it is blinking, performance will not
be up to specification.

¢ The actual magnification when using the
digital zoom (P38) and the extended
