Combination 3. TURBO-BAKE and Microwave
• Food is always cooked UNCOVERED.
• After cooking it is important that the accessories are removed for cleaning before re-use and that the oven walls and floor are
wiped with a cloth squeezed in hot soapy water to remove any grease. DO NOT PUT ACCESSORIES IN THE DISHWASHER.
We suggest the following options for this Combination mode.
Non-metallic dishes or items of food
can be placed directly onto Low Rack
on the Metal Tray on the Glass
Turntable. Small items should be
placed in a heatproof dish on the
Low Rack.
Food can also be placed directly onto
the Metal Tray on the High Wire
Rack on the Glass Turntable.

250°C 1 SIMMER Jacket potatoes
230°C 1 WARM Fresh breaded fish fillets
230°C 3 SIMMER Frozen breaded fish fillets
220°C 1 SIMMER Reheat meat pies
220°C 3 SIMMER Frozen thin & crispy pizza
For advice on cooking times refer to cooking charts and recipes in this book.
Foods should always be cooked until browned and piping hot.
OVEN ACCESSORIES TO USE
When using Combination cooking the Glass Turntable should be in position and must have the Metal Tray on top.

ESPECIALLY WHEN TURNING
OR STIRRING FOODS, AS THE
ACCESSORIES AND
SURROUNDING OVEN WILL
GET VERY HOT.
