1. Turn off water supply.
2. Remove faucet handle, and if applicable, remove
handle ange.
3. Remove stem.
4. Using a seat wrench, remove worn seat.
5. Thread new seat into faucet and tighten with a
seat wrench.
6. Re-assemble in reverse order.
7. Turn on water and check for leaks.
