ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Turn off circuit breakers to current fixture from breaker panel and be sure operating light switch is turned to the OFF position. ON ON OFF OFF WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to installation may result in serious injury. 2. Remove existing fixture. WARNING: When using an existing outlet box, be sure the outlet box is securely attached to the building structure and can support the full weight of the fixture. Failure to do so can result in serious injury. 3.

Attach one connecting chain link (DD) to fixture loop (C) and chain (B). Close this connecting chain link (CC). Hook the other connecting chain link (DD) to the screw collar loop (BB) at the bottom of threaded rod on mounting strap (AA)--leave this connecting chain link (DD) open for now. AA DD BB C DD 7.

Feed chain (B) and wiring through threaded ring (CC) previously removed (Step 4, page 3) and then canopy (A), allowing threaded ring (CC) and canopy (A) to slide down the chain (B) until they reach the fixture loop (C) at the top of the fixture (D). Wrap all wire connectors (EE) with electrical tape as an extra safety measure. outlet box Carefully arrange excess wiring and wire connectors (EE) within outlet box. CARE AND MAINTENANCE • To clean, turn off power and wipe fixture with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use an abrasive cleaner. TROUBLESHOOTING WARNING: Failure to disconnect power supply prior to troubleshooting any wiring issues may result in serious injury. Problem: Lights do not come on. Solutions: 1. Check power (circuit box and wall switch) to fixture. 2. Check to be sure wires are connected properly with wire connectors. 3. Verify that bulbs are installed correctly. 4.
