2. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Temp PTT Group and
press the OK Key.
3. Press the OK Key [ADD] and select the existing member.
Press the OK Key [MARK] and then press the Left Soft Key [Done].
ERASE PTT CONTACT
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Contact List and press the OK Key.
2. Scroll to the contact you want to erase.
3. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Erase and press the
OK Key.
4. Scroll to Yes and press the OK Key.
GROUPS FOR PTT
ADDING A NEW PTT GROUP
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Groups and press the OK Key.
2. Press the Left Soft Key [New].
3. Enter a new PTT group name and press the OK Key [SAVE].
ASSIGNING PHONE NUMBER TO GROUP
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Groups and press the OK Key.
2. Select the group to add the contact to.
3. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Add and press the
OK Key.
4. Scroll to the PTT contact you want to add and press the OK Key
[Mark]. When finished, press the Left Soft Key [Done].
CHANGING GROUP NAME
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Groups and press the OK Key.
2. Select the group to rename.
3. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Rename and press the
OK Key.
4. Enter the new group name and press the OK Key [SAVE].

ERASING GROUP
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Groups and press the OK Key.
2. Select the existing group to erase.
3. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Erase and press the
OK Key.
4. Scroll to Yes and press the OK Key.
SORTING GROUP
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Contacts and press the OK Key,
scroll to PTT Groups and press the OK Key.
2. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], scroll to Sort and press the
OK Key.
3. Scroll to Alphabetical or Presence and press the OK Key.
Presence will sort the group by who’s online.
ACTIVATING PTT
PTT must be turned on in order for you to send and receive PTT calls and alerts.
Follow the steps below to turn on PTT.
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Settings & Tools and press the OK
Key, scroll to Call Settings and press the OK Key, scroll to PTT Mode
and press the OK Key.
2. Select On and press the OK Key.
PTT CALL TYPES
ONETOONE CALL
Choose the person to talk in one to one. When you make a call, you need
to choose from Barge or Alert.
Barge call
A Barge Call connects to the participant without notification.
The participant does not have the option to ignore the call.
Alert call
An Alert Call notifies the participant that you want to talk to them. The
participant has the option to either answer or ignore the call.
