2. Scroll to My Sounds and press the OK Key.
3. Scroll to the sound and press the OK Key [PLAY] to play.
4. Press the OK Key [STOP] to stop playing. Press the Right Soft Key
[Options] to access the following options.
• DOWNLOADED or RECORDED SOUND:
Send: Send the sound.
To Online Album: Upload selected sound to picture server.
Rename: Rename the sound’s title.
Move: Move the selected sound to the other save location when a memory
card is inserted.
Lock/Unlock: Locks or unlock the selected sound.
Erase: Erase a selected sound.
Erase All: Erase all the sounds.
File Info: Displays information on the selected sound.
• PRELOADED SOUND:
Send: Send a sound.
To Online Album: Upload selected sound to picture server.
File Info: Displays information on the selected sound.
RECORDING NEW SOUNDS
To record a new sound:
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Media Center and press the OK
Key, scroll to Music & Tones and press the OK Key.
2. Scroll to My Sounds and press the OK Key.
3. Scroll to Record New and press the OK Key.
4. Press the OK Key to begin recording.
5. Press the OK Key [STOP] to finish recording. It will automatically save
in My Sounds.
6. To rename, press the Right Soft Key [Options].
7. Scroll to Rename and press the OK Key.
8. Enter the new name and press the OK Key.
ERASE A SOUND
To erase a sound:
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Media Center and press the OK
Key, scroll to Music & Tones and press the OK Key.
2. Scroll to My Sounds and press the OK Key.
3. Scroll to the sound to erase and press the Right Soft Key [Options].
4. Scroll to Erase and press the OK Key.

5. Scroll to Yes and press the OK Key.
The preloaded sounds cannot be erased.
SYNC MUSIC
SYNC YOUR MUSIC FROM YOUR PC TO YOUR V CAST MUSIC WITH
RHAPSODY® CAPABLE PHONE
This option allows you to transfer music files from your PC. In order to use this
option, you must install V CAST Music with Rhapsody® on your PC.
1. Open the V CAST Music with Rhapsody® software. If you do not
have the V CAST Music with Rhapsody® software? Download it for
free at www.verizonwireless.com/music.
2. Using the USB cable, connect phone and your PC.
3. Connected message will display.
4. Drag and drop the songs from My Library to your V CAST Music
with Rhapsody®, listed under the Sources tab. Once synchroniza-
tion is complete, press the END/Power Key and disconnect the USB
cable.
A compatible USB cable (sold separately) is required for syncing.

TO BROWSE, SELECT AND PLAY VIDEO CLIPS:
1. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Media Center and press the OK
Key, scroll to Picture & Video and press the OK Key, scroll to
V CAST Videos and press the OK Key.
2. Scroll to select the V CAST Videos category you want and press the
OK Key.
