What Is Covered?
This warranty covers the fabric becoming non-functional
because of loss of dimensional stability from exposure conditions
including sunlight, mildew, rot and normal atmospheric conditions.
Abnormal or excessive discoloration and fading is covered. It does
not cover discoloration from atmospheric pollution or other debris.
How Long Is The Coverage Period?
The warranty coverage runs for 10 years from the date of
original installation.
What Will Phifer Do?
PHIFER INCORPORATED will provide new fabric, free, to
replace the non-functioning fabric. This warranty does not cover
the cost of labor or other consequential or incidental expenses.
How Can You Get Service?
Call the dealer from which you purchased the product. The
dealer will contact Phifer through its distributor, who will secure
the new material from Phifer and ship to the dealer. This warranty
is valid only if a sample of the fabric, with defects, is submitted
with a photograph of the installation and an invoice showing the
item and date purchased.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE AND ONLY WARRANTY PROVIDED FOR
TUFFSCREEN™ BRAND FABRIC. THERE ARE NO OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR THIS PRODUCT.
