How to exit
The Customer Service Mode will switch off after pressing any (except channel + or
channel - key) key of the RC transmitter (with the exception of the 'P+' and 'P-' keys)
and switching off the TV set with the 'POWER' switch.

Picture Problems
TV switches off or changes channel without any user action
The TV set switches off after 'TV SWITCHING OFF' was displayed.
Auto standby switched the set off because:
• There was no signal identification signal for more than 15 minutes.
• There was no RC transmitter signal received or local key pressed for > 2 hours.
See chapter 8 for a description of the options to enable/disable auto standby (option
SBNP).
Picture too dark or too bright
• Press the 'Smart Picture' button on the RC transmitter. In case the picture
improves, increase/decrease the brightness value or increase/decrease the
contrast value.
• After switching on the Customer Service Mode the picture is OK.
