Spelt spaghetti with cacio
cheese and pepper
Ingredients
~ 200 g (0.45 lb) spaghetti
Dressing
100 g pecorino romano cheese (grated)
Pepper, to your liking
Preparation
1 Bring salted water to a boil.
2 Cook the spaghetti “al dente” (cooked to be rm to the bite).
3 Meanwhile, put the pecorino cheese in a bowl and add a few
tablespoons of the cooking water.
4 Mix well until the sauce becomes creamy.
5 Drain the spaghetti and add to the bowl with the pecorino cheese.
6 Stir and add the pepper to your liking.
Suggestion: portion the pasta on individual plates
and add more grated pecorino cheese.

0 克罗马羊奶酪(搓碎)胡椒粉 按照个人喜好添加
方法
1 将盐水煮沸。
2 将意面煮至耐嚼的程度(咬起来很筋道)。
3 同时,将佩科里诺干酪放入碗中,并加入几汤匙的烹饪食用水。
4 充分搅拌,直至酱料呈乳脂状。
5 沥干意面,并放入佩科里诺奶酪。
6 搅拌,并根据个人喜好适当添加胡椒粉。
建议:将意面分放在单独的盘子中,再添加更多搓碎的佩科里诺干酪。
