Guarantee restrictions
The guarantee becomes invalid when the appliance
is not used and/or not maintained properly or
when it is damaged by dropping.
Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common
problems you could encounter with the
appliance. If you are unable to solve the problem
with the information below, contact the Consumer
Care Centre in your country.

use.
The cutting
element is
dirty.
Soak the
cutting element of
the nose trimmer
in a bowl with
water and some
washing-up liquid
for 2 minutes. Then
rinse the cutting
element with fresh
water and let it dry.
Clean the cutting
element after every
trimming session.
The
appliance
does not
work.
The battery
is empty.
Replace the battery
by a new one (see
chapter ‘Preparing
for use’).
The cutting
element is
dirty.
