Answering a Call While Playing Back Recorded Calls
If you’re playing back a file and an incoming call arrives, playback pauses and
the phone rings. If you don’t answer your phone, playback remains paused,
and you must tap the Resume soft key to continue playback.
To answer a call using the speakerphone:
>> Do one of the following:
If you were listening to the file with the handset or headset, press
.
or
If you were listening to the file with the speakerphone, tap the
Line Key with the flashing green status indicator.
To answer a call using the handset:
>> Do one of the following:
If you were listening to the file with the speakerphone or a headset, lift
the handset.
or
If you were listening to the file through the handset, tap the Line Key
with the flashing green status indicator.
To answer a call using the headset:
>> Do one of the following:
If you were listening to the file with the speakerphone or a handset,
press .
or
If you were listening to the file with the headset, tap the Line Key with
the flashing green status indicator.
If you decide to reject the incoming call, tap the Resume soft key, and playback
will resume. For more information, see “Playing Back Recorded Calls” on
page 120.
If you use a digital headset with an answer button, or an analog headset with an
electronic switch, use the button or switch to answer the incoming call.
