Erase the desired Caller ID Memories
1. Select the desired Caller ID memory location by using the ▲ or ▼button.
2. To delete single memory
, press DEL button once. The display will show the
DELETE?. Press DEL button for 2 seconds. The data for that call will be erased, and
the CALL# and Caller ID information will be updated.
To delete all Caller ID memories, press and hold DEL button until the display shows
DELETE ALL?. Press DEL for 2 seconds until NO CALLS appears on the display.
Both the total call and new call counters will become zero, and the current time and
date will be displayed.
Call Back (Redial) from the Caller ID Memory
Select the desired Caller ID memory location by pressing ▲ or ▼.
Press
button once, the speakerphone will turn on automatically and dial the
selected number.
OR
With the handset picked up, select the desired Caller ID memory location by pressing ▲
or ▼ then press
button twice.
Some telephone companies in certain areas require dialing “1” when dialing back
incoming calls (long distance.)
To add the “1” on the caller ID call back feature, press ▲ or ▼ until the desired number
is displayed on the LCD screen. Press
once, then press ▲ or ▼ button. The
telephone number with the “1” in front of the 10 digit number will display on the bottom
on the LCD screen. Press , the telephone will then call back the desired number
and add the “1”.
Copy from the Caller ID to the Phone Book
You can copy Caller ID information to the phone book while you are reviewing the Caller
ID information.
1. Select the desired Caller ID memory location by pressing ▲ or ▼.
2. Press and hold MENU button for two seconds, display will show COPY TO
MEMORY.
3. Press
button , display will show SAVED!.
