Namhafte Firmen lüften im
Kaufcenter „Saalepark“ in
Günthersdorf, Leipzig, die Räum-
lichkeiten mit Helios Ventilatoren.
Unter anderem sind hier 14 Brand-
gas-Ventilatoren der NG 800 und
1400 mm mit Volumenströmen
von 80 000 bis 150 000 m

Helios beherrscht die Strömungs-
technik auch bei außergewöhn-
lichen Anwendungen.
Der weltgrößte, künstliche Tornado
mit 22 m Höhe wurde während der
EXPO 2000 stündlich im Pavillon des
Dualen Systems inszeniert.
Erzeugt wurde der Effekt von einem
Hauptventilator mit Laufrad-ø 2800
mm und 40 weiteren, spiralförmig
angeordneten Axialventilatoren.
Mit Helios wird das Surfen sogar
in der Halle zum Vergnügen.
27 Axialgroßventilatoren lassen dafür
die nötige steife Brise mit einer Wind-
geschwindigkeit von ca. 7 Beaufort
aufkommen. Mit einem Laufrad-ø
von 2 m und einer Motorenleistung
von 45 kW je Ventilator erbringen sie
gemeinsam einen Volumenstrom von
über 6 Mio. m
3
/h.

With Helios indoor wind surfing is

of 45 kW each they provide an air flow
volume in excess of 6 million m
