Anschluss von Drehstrom-Motoren mit Dahlander-Wicklung
Connection of three phase motors with Dahlander winding

Drehzahlen im Verhältnis 1:2
werden (soweit nicht anders bestellt und be-
stätigt) mit einer Wicklung in Dahlander-
Schaltung geliefert.
Beim Betrieb in der niedrigen Drehzahl wird die
Zuleitung an die Klemmen 1U, 1V, 1W ange-
schlossen. Die Klemmen 2U, 2V, 2W bleiben
offen. (Bild 1) Beim Betrieb in der hohen Dreh-
zahl ist die Wicklung im Doppel-Stern an die
Netzspannung geschaltet. Die Zuleitung wird an
die Klemmen 2U, 2V, 2W angeschlossen.
Die Klemmen 1U, 1V, 1W müssen überbrückt
werden. (Bild 1) Beim Betrieb in der hohen Dreh-
zahl muss die Sternbrücke zwischen 1U, 1V,
1W vorhanden sein, da sonst die Dahlander-
Wicklung zerstört wird.
Anschluss
Da die zweitourigen Motoren nur für eine Be-
triebsspannung ausgelegt sind, müssen Netz-
spannung und Anschlussspannung des Motors
übereinstimmen.
Die Klemmen 1U, 1V, 1W sind stets für die
niedrige Drehzahl und die Klemmen 2U, 2V, 2W
immer für die hohe Drehzahl bestimmt.
Wichtig:
Es darf niemals ein Schaltgerät welches für den
Betrieb eines Motors mit zwei getrennten Wick-
lungen vorgesehen ist an einem Dahlander-
Motor verwendet werden.
Drehrichtungsänderung
Eine Drehrichtungsänderung wird durch Vertau-
schen zweier Phasen in der Zuleitung erreicht
sofern der Ventilator dafür geeignet ist.
Moteurs à nombre de pôles variable à
deux vitesses en rapport 1:2
sont livrés (sauf indication contraire à la
commande et à la confirmation) avec un bo-
binage en couplage Dahlander.
Pour un fonctionnement à petite vitesse, le con-
ducteur est connecté aux bornes 1U, 1V, 1W.
Les bornes 2U, 2V, 2W restent ouvertes (fig. 1).
Pour un fonctionnement à grande vitesse, le bo-
binage doit être couplé à la tension secteur en
double étoile. Le conducteur est connecté aux
bornes 2U, 2V, 2W. Les bornes 1U, 1V, 1W doi-
vent être court-circuitées (fig. 1).
Pour un fonctionnement à grande vitesse, le
pont ètoile entre 1U, 1V, 1W doit être en place,
sinon le bobinage Dahlander serait détruit.
Branchement
Etant donné que les moteurs à deux vitesses ne
sont prévus que pour une seule tension de régi-
me, la tension secteur doit absolument corre-
spondre à la tension d’alimentation du moteur.
Les bornes 1U, 1V, 1W sont toujours destinées
à la petite vitesse et les bornes 2U, 2V, 2W tou-
jours à la grande vitesse.
Important:
On ne doit jamais utiliser un commutateur pour
deux bobinages séparés pour le fonctionne-
ment d’un moteur avec bobinage Dahlander.
Modification du sens de rotation
La modification du sens de rotation est obtenue
en permutant deux phases du conducteur si
applicable pour le ventilateur.

Connect terminals 1U, 1V, 1W for operation at
low speed. Terminals 2U, 2V and 2W must be
isolated (fig. 1).
When operating at high speed the windings are
connected star/star to terminals 2U, 2V, 2W.
Terminals 1U, 1V and 1W must be isolated (fig. 1).
When operating at high speed the star link
between 1U, 1V and 1W must be made, other-
wise the Dahlander winding will be destroyed.
Connection
Two speed motors are only suitable for one
voltage which must correspond to the supply
voltage. Terminals 1U, 1V and 1W are always
used for the low speed, terminals 2U, 2V and
2W for high speed.
Important:
Do not connect a pole-switch suitable for sepa-
rate windings to a Dahlander wound motor.
Change of rotation direction
By swapping two phases of the supply in the
terminal block if the fan allows the change.
