HOW TO USE THE ELLIPTICAL CROSSTRAINER
HOW TO ADJUST THE RESISTANCE OF THE
PEDALS
As you exercise,
youcan adjust
the resistanceof
the pedalswith
the resistance
knobon the
dghtside of the
console.To
increasethe
resistance,
turnthe knob
clockwise;to
decreasethe
resistance,tum
the knobcounter-
clockwise.The
number inthe
resistancewin-
dow displaysthe
resistance level.

loosenthe pedal
knobsbeneath
the pedals, Slide

HOW TO EXERCISE ON THE ELUPTICAL
CROSSTRAINER
To mountthe
ellipticelcross-
trainer,holdthe Console
console hand-
gdp and step
ontothe pedal
that isin the
lowestposition.
Then, steponto
the otherpedal.
Push the pedals
untiltheybegin
tomove witha
continuous
motion.Note:
The pedal
disks ran turn
in either direc-
tion. it Is rec-
ommended that you move the pedal disks In the
direction shown by the arrow; however, for vadaty,
you may turn the pedal disks In the opposite direc-
tion,
Todismountthe ellipticalcrosstrainsr, wait untilthe
pedalscome to a complete stop. (Note: The elllptlcel
crosstralner does not have a free wheal; the ped-
als will continue to move until the flywheel stops.)
When the pedals are stationary,stepoff the highest
pedalfirst.Then, step off the lowestpedal.
