The Thermal Fuse will automatically activate via a power reduction
when the motor is overloaded.
An excessive overload (steep incline or too heavy of a rider) could

Scooter may run sluggishly but will return to full power after a few

Make sure power ow to the wall outlet is on.

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Scooter is overloaded.
Unsuitable riding
conditions.
Make sure you do not overload the scooter by exceeding the 50 lbs.

objects behind the scooter. Avoid overloading the scooter as this will
prematurely wear out the batteries and components.
Ride only on solid, at, clean and dry surfaces such as pavement or
level ground.
