If the Running Belt is Running out of Center:
If the belt is not centered, please stop the machine immediately and use Allen wrench to secure all the bolts on the
rear roller corners.
If the running belt is moving towards the left, please secure the bolts in the left roller corner about 1/4
of a full clockwise turn.
If the running belt is moving towards the right, please secure the bolts in the right roller corner about 1/4 of a full
clockwise turn.
After adjustments, turn on the treadmill speed gradually to 8.0km. If the running belt does not adjust back to center,
please repeat the steps above until the belt returns to center position.
If the Running Belt is Getting Loose or Sliding Off :
If you sense abnormal stopping while running on the treadmill, it is because of the running belt is being loose or is
sliding off after continuous use. The following are adjustment steps :
Stop the treadmill and make sure the belt is not running first. Secure all the bolts on both sides of the rear roller
corners by one full clock turn. If the belt is still loose or sliding off, please repeat the bolt securing steps again until the
problem is solved.
Running Belt Lubrication :
Depending on how often the treadmill is being used, it is best to apply lubricant to the running board according to
suggested maintenance schedule below.
First use Allen wrench to loosen all the bolts inside the rear adjustment box (please remember the number of turns on
unscrewing each bolts as the same number of turns will be applied to secure the bolts back in place.) Then pull the
running belt and apply some silicon based lubricant oil to the center
of the running board. Once done, fasten all the bolts back properly, and following running belt adjustment procedure
closely to have the belt back running in centralized position.
