WRITE BUFFER Command (3Bh) 4
The WRITE BUFFER command works with the READ BUFFER command
as a diagnostic function for testing the device data buffer, DMA engine,
interface hardware, and interface network integrity. It is also used to
download and update microcode (firmware).
