Field Description
Protocol Identifier The drive returns 0h if the protocol is Fibre Channel, 1h if the protocol is Parallel
SCSI, and 6h if the protocol is SAS.
Code Set Set to 1h, indicating binary data.
PIV Set to 1h, indicating that the value returned in the Protocol Identifier field is valid.
Association Set to 1h, indicating that the Identifier is associated with the port.
Identifier Type Set to 4h indicating this identifier is of type Relative Target Port.
Identifier Length Specifies the length in bytes of the Identifier field. If the Allocation Length field of
the CDB is too small to transfer the entire identifier, the Identifier Length value is
not adjusted to reflect the truncation.
