Truck Information

Note: Only available in Truck mode. See “Select Truck or Car Mode” on page 21.

To change these settings, from the

Main Menu:

• Tap Truck Tools

> Truck Info.

Hazmat Type Specify the load hazardous material type. Options are:

None (not hazardous materials), Explosives, Gas, Flammable

Liquids, Flammable Solids, Oxidizers, Poison, Radioactive,

Corrosives, Other, and PIH.

Weight Use

and to specify the truck weight.

Height Use

and to specify the truck height.

Width Use

and to specify the truck width.

Trailers Specify the type of trailer. Options are: Straight, 48’, 53’,

Double and Triple.

ETA Adjustment Specify how arrival time should be estimated. Options are:

ETA OK (no adjustment), Increase ETA Some, Increase ETA

More, Decrease Some Time, and Decrease More Time.

Note: Rand McNally periodically provides text updates regarding changes to

truck routing. If you see a discrepancy between posted routes and the route

provided by the TND, this may explain the cause.
