Press Wash for UV Inks
Description:

press wash for use with UV inks
.
In one step,
UV

100
effectively removes ink and
contaminants from rollers and blankets. It does not require a water rinse but can be
rinsed with water to remove paper lint and coating.
Directions for Use:
ROLLER WASH:
Pour a generous amount of
UV
-
100
on rollers while press is running.
Allow press to run while solution works on rollers. Engage wash up blades. When
rollers are clean, press is ready to resume operation. Repeat process for difficult
clean-up situations.
BLANKET WASH: Pour a liberal amount of UV-100 on a cloth. Wipe across blanket
until residual ink and glaze are removed. For excessive paper coating and lint build-
up, dampen cloth with water before applying UV-100.
