LEVELS (continued)
Coolant
The level when cold should be
between the MINIMUM and
MAXIMUM marks on the
expansion bottle 1.
Top up the level when cold before it
reaches the MINIMUM mark.
No operations may be
carried out on the
cooling circuit when the
engine is hot.
Danger of burns.
If there is an abnormal drop in the
coolant level or if coolant loss is
repeated, consult your RENAULT
Dealer.
Frequency for checking coolant
level
Check the coolant level regularly
(very severe damage is likely to be
caused to the engine if it runs out of
coolant).
If topping up is required, only use
products approved by RENAULT's
Technical Department:
- Anti-freeze protection;
- Anti-corrosion protection of the
cooling system.

Refer to your vehicle's Servicing
booklet.
