TYRE PRESSURE MONITOR (3/4)
“Inflate tyres for motorway”
The wheel concerned E is shown in
orange on display 4. The tyre pres-
sure is not suitable for the speed of
travel. Slow down or inflate all four
tyres to motorway pressure (refer to
the information on “Tyre pressuresin
Section 4).
“Adjust tyre pressure”
The wheel concerned E is shown in
orange on display 4 and indicates a flat
tyre.
Display 3 reminds you of this informa-
tion.
“Tyre pressure sensors absent” or
“Check tyre pressure sensors”
The wheel concerned E is shown in
white on display 4 and indicates that
the sensor on this wheel is missing
or faulty (e.g. if the emergency spare
wheel is fitted etc.).
Display 3 reminds you of this informa-
tion.
“Puncture”
The wheel concerned E is shown in red
on display 4 and indicates that the tyre
is punctured or severely underinflated.
Replace it or contact an approved
Dealer if it is punctured. Top up the tyre
pressure if the wheel is deflated.
This message appears along with the
® warning light.
Vehicles with “TFT display”
instrument panels D
Display 4 on the instrument panel in-
forms you of any tyre pressure faults
(flat tyre, punctured tyre, system fault,
etc.). Display 3 reminds you of these
faults.
