h) Deleting user codes and other function codes

You can delete codes for individual users (e.g. when a member of staff leaves the company, or

when you want to restrict access rights for a certain individual).

Example

1. Enter the master code and press the * key to enable programming mode. In this example, the

master code is 3289.

2. If you wish to disable more than one code, delete the codes one by one. Enter the program

settingcodeandtheuserID,andthenpressthe#keytoconrmyourentry.

- To delete a user code with ID 01 from output 1, enter “1” for the program setting code, and

thenenter“01”fortheuserIDandpressthe#keytoconrm.

- To delete a user code with ID 1 from output 2, enter “2” for the program setting code, and

thenenter“1”fortheuserIDandpressthe#keytoconrm.

- To delete a user code with ID 6 from output 3, enter “3” for the program setting code, and

thenenter“6”fortheuserIDandpressthe#keytoconrm.

- To delete the super user code, enter “45” for the program setting code, and then press

the#keytoconrm.

- To delete the emergency code with ID 2, enter “46” for the program setting code, and then

enter“2”fortheuserIDandpressthe#keytoconrm.

- To delete a visitor code with ID 3, enter “47” for the program setting code, and then enter

3. Press the * key to exit programming mode.
