n) Conrmation mode
You canconrm codeentriesmanually withthe #key,or youcanset thecode lockto con-
rmthemautomatically.Usingmanualconrmationmodepreventstheuserfromguessingthe
length of the user code.

1 Automaticconrmationmode:Youdonotneedtopressthe#keytoconrmyourentry.The
user codes must have the same number of digits as the master code. For example, if the
master code is 5 digits, the user codes must also be 5 digits.
o) Status tones
The status tones indicate whether the correct code was entered. The status tone settings do not
affecttheopendoornoticationtones(programcode81).
