Examples

1. Enter the master code and press the * key to enable programming mode. In this example, the

master code is 3289.

3 2 8 9 *

2. Set a 5-second time delay:

8 5 1 #

3. Program output 1 so that the door release button has to be pressed for 5 seconds before the

door can be opened.

8 5 3 #

4. Reset the door release button to the default settings.

8 5 0 #

5. Press the * key to exit programming mode.

For security reasons, place some brief instructions next to the button to inform the

user how to use it. Here are two examples:

r) Open door warning

The keypad sounds an alarm when the door has been open for an extended period.

9 0 or 1 to 999 #

Options

0 The open door warning is disabled (default setting).

1 to 999 The open door warning is enabled. The alarm goes off when the door has been open

for1–999seconds(manuallycongurable).

PRESS THE BUTTON AND WAIT

FOR 5 SECONDS UNTIL THE

DOOR UNLOCKS.

PRESS AND HOLD THE BUTTON

FOR 5 SECONDS UNTIL THE

DOOR IS RELEASED.
