87-AC400 Meter
The 87-AC400 is a pocket sized clamp-on meter with full size features. A convenient autoranging
feature automatically selects the correct operating range when the user selects either the ACA or
ACV measurement function. The 3-1/2 digit, 1999 count LCD display incorporates low battery and.
function select indicators. Data Hold Feature stores the present measurement value on the display.
An ACV continuity function is also included in the 87-AC400’s
compac
t design enabling the techni-
cian to check wiring, fuses, conductors, switches, etc. The 87-AC400 is protected to a maximum
range of 800 Vrms/500 Arms.

depressed and the rotary switch is placed on the desired measurement function

The 3.75in/85mm LCD incorporates a 42-segment bar graph display for indication of peaks and
nulls. A back light display allows easy viewing in dark areas.
