FREIGHT ALLOWANCE
F.O.B. Plant, Randleman, North Carolina. Full freight allowed
on ground shipping, within Continental United States on Preferred
Parts orders of $250.00 or more.
TAXES
Prices are subject to the addition of any tax imposed by any
present or future Federal, State, County or Municipal law on the
sale of such material, unless we have a tax exemption certificate
on file.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
All orders are subject to final approval on the terms and conditions
contained in our standard customer acknowledgment form.
VOLUME DISCOUNT
A 5% discount will be applied to all orders totalling $1000.00 or
more.
Note: Excludes Thermal Expansion Tanks and Protection Plus Kits.

MATERIAL RETURNS - WATER HEATER PARTS
Material purchased from Rheem Parts Department may be returned
for credit within 90 days of the date of invoice, subject to a 25%
re-stocking charge. Total dollar amount returned must exceed
$25.00.
The following parts are not eligible for return:
Items with net price less that $10.00.
Items with date codes prior to year 2008.
Chemicals.
LP Conversion Kits.
“AE”, “AM” or “AS” prefix part numbers.
Opened cartons of items requiring Case Qty purchase.
Special Order Items (Non-stock items.)
The only exception to this policy may be for extenuating circum-
stances. The Manager, Water Heater Parts, will make final determi-
nation for issuing a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
All returns must have prior written approval from Rheem Parts
Department.
Request for the issue of an RGA must be submitted to Rheem
Customer Service. Fax request for RGA to 800-535-9538.
Information required is the original purchase order or credit card
order number that the parts were ordered on, Rheem sales order
number, Rheem invoice number along with the part number and
quantity to be returned. (We recommend faxing a copy of the
invoice with the part(s) identified to expedite the process. All
required information will be on the invoice.)
All materials must be “new & unused” and in the original pack-
aging (material received unpackaged or used will be returned to
sender Freight Collect, with no credit issued).
All approved returns must be shipped (FOB destination, prepaid
and allowed).
All approved returns must be shipped within 30 days approval.
Items returned without prior approval will be scrapped, no credit
issued.
