INSTALLATION MANUAL DUAL SUCTION SUMP PUMP DESCRIPTION UNPACKING Sump Pumps are automatic pumps used to remove ground water from sump pits. The most common application is for basement drainage to prevent flooding in residential buildings. Sump pumps are designed to pump clear water only. These pumps are not designed to be used with a portable generator. The top suction (above the impeller) eliminates the risk of airlock and the suction screen filters debris.
