LED LIGHT DISPLAY (CHECK YOUR APP FOR SPECIFIC REAL TIME PUMP INFORMATION)
Color Symptom/Possible Cause(s) Suggested Remedies
Green 1. Good 1. Your pump is good, there is nothing needed
Yellow 1. A clogged pump inlet
2. Electrical voltage or
polarity issue detected
3. Water level in your pit is
not dropping
4. Your motor is showing
signs of aging
1. Open your sump pit and inspect the pump.
Make sure the inlet screen is free of debris and
there is nothing blocking the fow of water into
the pump.
2. Contact an electrician and have them check the
voltage and wiring of the outlet.
3. Check your pump to be sure it is properly
connected. Then check your discharge pipe for
obstructions or leaks that allow water back into
the pit.
4. Consider replacing your pump soon to stay
protected.
Red 1. There is a critical issue
with your pump
1. Replace your pump immediately.

Mute Alarm Short press (at least 1 second)
System Test Hold for 5 seconds (pump health LED will flash blue) and release
Reboot Hold for 10 seconds (pump health LED will flash green) and release
Reset WiFi
Connection and

Hold for 15 seconds (pump health LED will flash yellow), release and short
press (at least 1 second) again to confirm
Reset to Factory
Settings and

Hold for 20 seconds (pump health LED will flash red), release and short press
(at least 1 second) again to confirm
