about Bulletin 1326 Cables
To guard against conductor twisting, Bulletin 1326 cables that are to be used in a
track should be hung for 24 hours prior to use. For long cables where hanging is
impractical, the cables should be laid straight out on the floor. The above
procedures allow the conductors to relax into their normal state.
