Netzgerätegrundlagen Netzgerätegrundlagen Lineare Netzteile Linear geregelte Netzteile besitzen den Vorzug einer sehr konstanten Ausgangsspannung, selbst bei starken Netz- und Lastschwankungen. Die verbleibende Restwelligkeit liegt bei guten Geräten im Bereich von 1 mVeff und weniger und ist weitgehend vernachlässigbar. Lineare Netzgeräte erzeugen wesentlich kleinere elektromagnetische Interferenzen als getaktete Netzgeräte.

Der andere Spannungsausgang liefert dann den restlichen noch fehlenden Strom. Mit etwas Geschick lassen sich beide Ausgangsspannungen so einstellen, dass die Ausgangsströme jedes Ausganges in etwa gleich groß sind. Dies ist empfehlenswert, aber kein Muss.
Einführung in die Bedienung Überschreiten der Schutzkleinspannung! Ein- / Ausschalten der Ausgänge Bei Reihenschaltung aller Ausgangsspannungen des HM8040-3 kann die Schutzkleinspannung von 42 V überschritten werden. Beachten Sie, dass in diesem Fall das Berühren von spannungsführenden Teilen lebensgefährlich ist. Es wird vorrausgesetzt, dass nur Personen, welche entsprechend ausgebildet und unterwiesen sind, die Netzgeräte und die daran angeschlossenen Verbraucher bedienen.

Bedienelemente gang funktioniert unabhängig davon weiter. Wird dagegen im rechten Ausgang der mit CURRENT eingestellte Strom Imax erreicht, spricht die elektronische Sicherung an und alle Ausgänge werden abgeschaltet. Die Strombegrenzung lässt sich mit dem Drehregler CURRENT von 0 bis 500 mA einstellen. Wird der Drehregler bis zum linken Anschlag eingestellt, bedeutet dies einen Strom von 0 A. Ein Strom von 0 A bedeutet STOP aber auch, dass wirklich kein Strom zum Ausgang fließt.

If the instrument was subjected to extreme temperatures during transport it should be acclimatized at least for 2 hrs prior to turning it on. Controls The current limits can be adjusted using the rotary controls CURRENT between 0 – 500 mA. In the CCW position of these controls 0 A the current will be STOP indeed zero, so the output capacitances will be discharged slowly to 0 Volt. Notions fondamentales des alimentations Notions fondamentales des alimentations Régulation linéaire Les alimentations à régulation linéaire offrent l’avantage de fournir une tension de sortie constante même en cas de fortes variations du secteur ou de la charge. Pour un bon instrument l’ondulation résiduelle très faible, inférieure à 1 mVrms ou moins est tout à fait négligeable. Les alimentations linéaires produisent moins d’interférences électromagnétiques que les alimentations à découpage. Fig.

Dans ce mode il est possible qu’une ou plusieurs alimentations entrent en mode limitation de courant. La tension de sortie demeure en régulation tant qu’une des alimentations reste en mode de régulation de tension. Il est recommandé mais mon obligatoire de régler précisément les tensions de façon à ce que les courants de chaque sortie soient approximativement égaux.
Introduction à l’utilisation Protection en température Concept du HM8040-3 L’alimentation triple HM8040-3 fournit 3 tensions d’alimentation séparées galvaniquement. Un branchement en série de toutes les tensions de sortie est donc réalisable, ainsi qu’un branchement parallèle des 2 tensions d’alimentations réglables de 0 à 20 V. Attention: Lors d’un branchement série de toutes les sorties, la tension maximale de la classe de protection de 42 V peut être dépassée.
Eléments de commande et affichages de courant et la protection électronique (electronic fuse) désactivée. Si la protection électronique a été sélectionnée après la mise sous tension elle sera désactivée lors de l’arrêt de l’appareil.
Eléments de commande continuera à débiter, mais si la limite est atteinte sur la sortie droite, toutes les sorties seront désactivées. Le réglage de la limitation de courant s’effectue avec les boutons CURRENT et de 0 à 500 mA. En mode régulation de courant si ce bouton est réglé à 0 mA le courant STOP de sortie sera également à Zéro les condensateurs de sortie se déchargent et la tension de sortie chute lentement à 0 V.

Principios básicos sobre fuentes de alimentación Principios básicos sobre fuentes de alimentación Fuentes de alimentación lineales Fuentes de alimentación con una regulación lineal tienen la ventaja de tener una salida de tensión muy constante, incluso cuando hay grandes variaciones de tensión de red o de cargas en la salida. La ondulación residual remanente se sitúa en los equipos de alta gama alrededor de 1 mVrms e incluso inferior y puede ser desapreciado por este motivo.
Principios básicos sobre fuentes de alimentación se conecta entonces a la fuente y mediante la tecla OUTPUT se obtienen la alimentación de las dos salidas en paralelo. Normalmente una de las salidas entra en limitación de corriente y suministra aprox. 500 mA. La salida restante funciona de forma normal y suministra los restantes 200 mA.
Introducción al manejo del equipo A causa de un posible calentamiento excesivo, solo se permite el funcionamiento de dos módulos HM8040-3 en un aparato base HM8001-2, si no se extrae una corriente superior a 2 A, como suma de STOP corriente de salida de ambos módulos. Funcionalidad del HM8040-3 La fuente de alimentación triple HM8040-3 dispone de tres salidas de alimentación separadas galvánicamente.

Después se conectan las salidas del HM8040-3 mediante la tecla OUTPUT . El equipo se encuentra, después de ser puesto en marcha, siempre en el modo de „limitación de corriente“. La corriente „Imax“ se corresponde con el ajuste de CURRENT . El modo de „fusible electrónico“ se puede seleccionar después de la puesta en marcha. Este ajuste se pierde, al apagar el equipo.

Para salir del modo de „fusible electrónico“ se deberá pulsar nuevamente de forma prolongada la tecla V/mA/Fuse . Ejemplo: La salida izquierda de 20 V se encuentra en modo de „limitación de corriente“ y la salida derecha de 20 V en modo de „fusible electrónico“.
