Overall Settings
System Settings
Here you can make overall settings that apply to the entire
INTEGRA-7, such as those for tuning and MIDI message reception.
1. In the MENU screen, choose “SYSTEM” and press the
[ENTER] button
The SYSTEM screen will appear.
2. Select the item whose settings you want to edit.
3. Select the parameter that you want to edit, and edit its
value.
Saving the System Settings
System settings will return to their previous state when you turn
o the unit. If you want these settings to be retained even after the
unit is turned o, you must save the system settings.
1. In the SYSTEM screen, hold down the [SHIFT] button and
press the [EDIT] button.
A message will indicate “Completed!” and the settings will be saved.
NOTE
Never turn o the unit while data is being saved.
System Parameter
The operations of the system parameters are explained below,
organized according to the structure of the parameters.
Setup Settings (SETUP)

1–20 Adjusts the contrast of the display.

The brightness will increase as the value is

Species whether the unit will turn o
automatically after a certain time has elapsed.

If you don’t want the unit to turn o automati-
cally, choose “OFF” setting.
USB Driver
VENDER
(MIDI+AUDIO),

(MIDI Only)
Species whether the INTEGRA-7 will use
the dedicated driver provided by Roland
(VENDER) or the standard driver provided by
the operating system (GENERIC) (p. 44).
If you choose GENERIC, USB operation is
limited to MIDI.
* This setting will take eect after you save
the settings and turn the unit o, then on
again.

Synchronization Settings (SYNC/TEMPO)

MASTER: Choose this setting when using the
INTEGRA-7 by itself.
SLAVE: Choose this setting if you want the
INTEGRA-7 to operate in synchronization with
the MIDI clock of an external device.

If the Sync Mode is set to “SLAVE, you
can specify whether the INTEGRA-7 will
synchronize with clock received at the MIDI IN
or with clock received at the USB port.

Species the system tempo.
* If the Sync Mode is “SLAVE, this tempo
value is ignored because the INTEGRA-7 will
synchronize to clock data received from an
external MIDI device.
