Delay time does not
change when you change
the tempo
Could the system setting “USB Song Sync Mode” have been set
to “SLAVE”?
If “Sync Mode” is set to “SLAVE, change the tempo of the external
device that is transmitting MIDI clock data.
p. 48
Pitch sometimes fails to rise
when playing legato
When the Legato Switch (p. 32) is “ON” and Legato Retrigger is
“OFF, and you hold down a low note and play a high note to
produce a legato eect, the pitch might stop at a certain point
and fail to rise as far as you expect because the upper limit of
the wave data has been exceeded.
If the tone uses multiple waves, and each of these waves has a
dierent upper limit, the result might no longer sound mono.
If you want to make large changes in the pitch, you should turn
Legato Retrigger “ON.
For details on the parameters, refer to “Parameter Guide PDF.
p. 39
Problems with the Synthesizer eects
Eect not applied
Could the eect switch be o? Check the on/o setting of each eect. p. 36, p. 41
Check the send level to each eect.
The eect won’t be obtained if the send level to that eect is set
at 0. Even if the send levels to the eect is set above 0, the eect
won’t be applied if the multi-eect level, or reverb level are set to
0. Check each of these settings.
p. 36
You specied a delay time
value (for example for multi
eect DELAY) as a note
value, but theres a limit
beyond which the delay
time will not change
Check the delay time setting.
Increase the System tempo.
Since the delay time has an upper limit, specifying the delay time
as a note value and then slowing down the tempo may reach this
upper limit. The maximum delay time is the highest value that can
be specied numerically (i.e., other than in terms of a note value).

Problems with external MIDI devices
No sound from an external
MIDI device
Does the INTEGRA-7’s MIDI transmit channel match the
connected device’s MIDI receive channel?
Match the INTEGRA-7’s transmit channel and your connected
device’s receive channel.
p. 32
Exclusive messages are not
received
Could Rx Exclusive be turned “OFF”? Turn Rx Exclusive “ON. p. 49
Does the transmitting unit’s Device ID number match the
INTEGRA-7’s Device ID number?
Set the Device ID numbers. p. 49
Problems with an external device you’re recording
The volume level of the
instrument connected to
INPUT jacks (Front, Rear) is
too low.
Could you be using a connection cable that contains a resistor? Use a connection cable that does not contain a resistor. p. 23
Is the volume of the external device adjusted correctly? Adjust the volume of your external device to an appropriate level.
Did you adjust the Level of Ext Part? Adjust Level of Ext Part. p. 33
Problems with the USB ash drive
USB ash drive is not
recognized
Check the format of the USB ash drive.
Format the USB ash drive on the INTEGRA-7.
The INTEGRA-7 can use a USB ash drive that’s formatted as FAT.
(Normally, a USB ash drive will be formatted as FAT when you
purchase it, so you can use it as is.) USB ash drives with a format
other than FAT (such as NTFS) will not be recognized by the
INTEGRA-7.
p. 50
Data on the USB ash drive
was damaged
Could a strong physical shock have been applied to the USB
ash drive?
Format the USB ash drive on the INTEGRA-7. p. 50
Could the unit have been turned o while accessing the USB
ash drive?
Can’t back up to USB ash
drive
Is there sucient free space on the USB ash drive? Use an USB ash drive that has sucient free space.
Check the format of the USB ash drive. The INTEGRA-7 can use
USB ash drive that are formatted in FAT format.
Format the USB ash drive on the INTEGRA-7. p. 50
Problems with a USB connection
The INTEGRA-7 is not
recognized by your
computer
Does your computer’s USB port support USB 2.0 Hi-Speed?
The USB port of the computer connected to the INTEGRA-7 must
support USB 2.0 Hi-Speed.
