Installing the Driver and the Software

Procedure



Before you start installation and setup, make sure the USB cable is NOT connected.



Log on to Windows as “Administrators.”



Insert the Roland Software Package CD-ROM into the computer.

Windows Vista/7: When the automatic playback window appears, click [Run menu.exe].

The install menu appears automatically.



Click [Install].

Install the METAZA driver and each software at a

time.

You can install the driver and each software sepa-

rately.

When using Windows Vista or Windows 7: If the [User

Account Control] screen is displayed, click [Allow]

or [Yes].



Select [Install], Model name [Roland MPX-

90M], Port [USB], and then click [Start].

Installation of the METAZA driver starts. Proceed

with the installation by following the on-screen

instructions.

Make sure to connect the machine to a computer by following the given procedure.

Failure to follow the correct procedure may make installation impossible.
