Paying a Hard Check without Payment Key required to Close Check
1. Enter the number of the guest check,
press the CHECK # key:
CHECK#3 1 2
2. Pay the balance, as you would normally
tender a transaction, with CASH,
CHECK, or one of the CHARGE keys.
If the tender is greater than the balance
due, change is displayed.

Taking Deposits or Account Payments, can only be done when the Payment key is
programmed as “Required to Close Check=YES”. See “Function Key Programming -
Payment” in “Program Mode Programming”.

tender type followed by the SERVICE
key.
