19.11.1
Before applying the fault conditions a) to f) in 19.11.2, it is checked if circuits or parts
of circuit meet both of following conditions (IEC 60335-2-40):

- electronic circuit is low-power circuit, that is,
maximum power at low-power points not exceed
15 W according to tests specified (IEC 60335-2-40)

clause 29.1, unless relevant part is adequately
