I Collocare un recipiente con acqua sulla base di cottura. Modello : M1774 1 Premere il pulsante ed impostare 4, 5 minuti di cottura ruotando la manopola di selezione. 2 Premere il pulsante . Risultato: Il forno riscalda l’acqua per 4 o 5 minuti. Dopo di ciò l’acqua dovrebbe bollire.

Per riprendere la cottura, chiudere lo sportello e premere nuovamente il pulsante . 2 Per interrompere definitivamente la cottura: Premere il pulsante ; Risultato: Le impostazioni della cottura vengono cancellate.

E’ possibile regolare il numero di porzioni ruotando la manopola di selezione.

I E’ quindi importante fare attenzione al tipo di utensile che viene utilizzato. Se il recipiente è marcato come idoneo alle microonde non c’è motivo di preoccuparsi. La tabella seguente elenca i vari tipi di utensili ed indica se e come possono essere usati per la cottura in un forno a microonde.

Le microonde fanno muovere rapidamente le molecole di cui sono costituiti gli alimenti. Il movimento veloce delle molecole provoca attrito, che genera calore. Questo calore cuoce gli alimenti.

Aggiungere 30-45 ml di acqua fredda (2-3 cucchiai) per ogni 250 g se non ci sono indicazioni specifiche - vedere tabella. Coprire e cuocere per pochissimi minuti - vedere tabella. Prolungare la cottura per ottenenere il risultato desiderato. Girare due volte durante la cottura ed una volta a cottura terminata. Aggiungere sale, aromi o burro dopo la cottura.

Coprire e iniziare la cottura. Quando il tempo di cottura è trascorso, girare prima di far riposare e condire con sale, o aggiungere aromi o burro. Nota: il riso potrebbe non assorbire tutta l’acqua durante la cottura. Pasta: Usare un contenitore di pirex grande.

Usare i livelli d potenza e i tempi di riscaldamento indicati nella tabella sottostante. I tempi di riscaldamento consigliati per i liquidi considerano una temperatura ambientale compresa fra +18 e +20°C o cibo freddo con temperatura fra +5 e +7°C.

Le microonde scongelano rapidamente gli alimenti surgelati senza alterarne le caratteristiche. Offrono dunque la soluzione ideale quando per esempio arrivano ospiti inattesi. Il pollo surgelato deve essere scongelato perfettamente prima della cottura.

COME FONDERE LA CIOCCOLATA Mettere 100 g di cioccolata in un piccolo recipiente di vetro dai bordi alti. Riscaldare per 3-5 minuti finché la cioccolata fonde.
