Operation Reheating Automatically Defrosting Automatically (MW1240/1440, ME1240/1440/1280/1480) To thaw frozen food, set the weight of the food and the microwave automatically sets the defrosting time, power level and standing time. To reheat food, select the type of dish and the number of servings you want to reheat, and the microwave automatically sets the reheating time. 1 Press the Auto Reheat button repeatedly to select the type of dish you wish to reheat.
Operation Setting Cooking Times & Power Levels Using the More/Less Buttons Your microwave allows you to set up to two different stages of cooking, each with its own time length and power level.
