1. Put the food in the center of the
turntable and close the door.
2. Turn the Upper mode knob to select Fit
Choice.

Broccoli Florets 1 serving

Wash and clean the broccoli. Prepare
the orets and place in a microwave
safe bowl. Add 1-4 tablespoons of
water (1 Tbsp per serving). Cover
during cooking and stir afterwards.
Cauliower

Wash and clean the cauliower.
Prepare the orets and place in a
microwave safe bowl.
Add 1-4 tablespoons of water (1 Tbsp
per serving). Cover during cooking and
stir afterwards.

Wash and clean the carrots. Cut the
carrots into even slices and place in a
microwave safe bowl.
