• Make sure the cold and hot water taps are properly connected.
• Power the washer off. Wait 2-3 minutes, power the washer on, and then try
again.

Check the drain system.
• Make sure the pump filter is not clogged.
• If the pump filter is clogged, clean the filter, and then restart the washer.

Check the washing heater.
• Power off the washer, and then contact a Samsung service center.

Check the spinning process.
• The load may not be balanced inside the drum. Check the drum and make sure
the load is balanced.
• Press Start/Pause (Hold to Start) to resume operation or power the washer off,
wait 2-3 minutes, power the washer on, and then try again.

Check the MEMS sensor.
• Power the washer off. Wait 2-3 minutes, power the washer on, and then try
again.
