Press the {Copy}, {Document Server}, {Facsimile}, or {Printer}, {Scanner} key to use each function. 1 Limitation ❒ You cannot switch modes in any of the following cases: • When scanning in a fax message for transmission. • During immediate transmission. • When accessing the user tools.

You can also add options to further increase the number of functions.
