1. Carefully unpack and identify all parts referring to the illustration for parts identification.
2. Turn power to the installation point OFF.
3. Unfold the Side arms in place of fixture body (A).
4. Install the loop (B) into the nipple of the fixture body (A).
5. Referring to the installation instruction with the product for the wiring and installation.
6. Place the glass (D) onto each socket (C) of fixture body (A) and secure with socket ring
(E).
7. Install proper bulbs (not provided) to each socket referring to the markings and / or labels
on the fixture for maximum wattage.
8.
Restore power to the installation point ON. Retain this sheet for future reference.
