Push Block Construction
This diagram illustrates a typical push block. It includes the three pieces shown here labeled A, B, and C. Cut piece A out of

cut pieces B and C out of

2 thick plywood. Attach piece A to the center
of piece B using wood glue and counter-sunk wood screws. Attach piece C to piece B as shown in the drawing to the left using wood glue only. Do not use metal fasteners to attach piece C to piece B.
