Option 1: Milk nozzle, standard
NcFoamer set with orange milk nozzle (A) (1.15 mm) Art. No. 072708 or Art. No. 073014 for
the NcFoamer UC with a long hose:
• Milk temperature *ca. 49°C.
• Milk foam temperature *ca. 59°C.
Option 2: Milk nozzle for increased milk temperature
NcFoamer set with yellow milk nozzle (B) (1.05 mm) art. no. 072998:
• Milk temperature *ca. 59°C.
• Milk foam temperature *ca. 69°C.
*) Provided that the pre-cooled milk is at 5°C and the steam temperature was set to 131°C by
the service technician.
► Open the service door.
► Insert the disposable foamer head into the machine.
► Insert the hose with the milk nozzle through the machine opening into the milk container.
► Close the service door.
Option 1: Milk Smart
► Have fresh, pre-cooled milk (3 – 5°C) ready.
► Hang the hose or hoses into the milk.
The hose end must be in contact with the container floor.
Option 2: Side cooling unit
► Open the door.
► Check the cooling temperature on the display.
► Remove and rinse the milk container.
► Fill in fresh, pre-cooled milk (3 – 5°C).

No more than 40 cm should be between the milk package and the beverage outlet.

Check the cooling temperature of 3 – 5°C regularly.

Ensure that the filled milk does not touch the closed milk container lid.
