Operator profile
The "Operator" has limited access to service functions.
The [Operator] profile contains the "Service" main menu in the [Settings] "Service menu".
In the [Operator] profile, the following functions are available for direct selection in the "Service
menu".
•Start rinsing
• Start cleaning
• Display cleaning
• Switch on milk system
• Switch on quick info (current boiler temperatures at the bottom right of the display)
• Standby
• Open service door
Manager profile
The caretaker is the first contact person if there is a technical malfunction. He or she possess-
es solid technical knowledge and is regularly occupied with the coffee machine.

Accounting sales statistics The beverage counters and the associated
sales can be read out here.

Service, descaling and filter
change info
The date of the last and next service, de-
scaling or filter change can be read out here.
The next service can also be specified in ter-
ms of the number of dispensed beverages.

"Service" main menu

Change the water filter The procedure for changing the water filter is

Start descaling The descaling procedure is display-guided.
► Have 2 bottles (0.75 l) of liquid descaler
ready.
► Have a container (5 l) ready for placing
under the machine.
Descaling is performed in three stages:
• Cooling
• Descaling
• Rinsing
– The descaling progress of
the individual stages is re-
ported in %.
