□ When you turn the handle to the full on position,
the water will turn on.
□ And turning the handle to the full off position
also does not turn the water off.

□ However, when you move your hand in front
of the sensor, the water does not turn off as
it should.
□ This indicates that the control box and
cartridge is damaged. Turn off the water supply
and remove the control box (1). Then remove the
handle and replace the cartridge (2).
