Toperformaworkoutprogram,youmustselectaUser.SelectGUESTUSERtostartasimpleworkoutandpushSTART/ENTER.
TocreateaCustomUser,usetheIncrease/DecreasebuttonsandselectADDUSER.Thisfeatureletsyouinputyourpersonal
information,automaticallyrecordsyourworkoutresults,andletsyoucreateacustomworkout.

1.SelectADDUSERandpushSTART/ENTER.
2.Enteryourinformation(weight,targetweight,height,andage)withtheIncrease/Decreasebuttons.Push
theSTART/ENTERbuttontosetitandgotothenextscreen.
3.Enterthetimeforyourcustomworkout(defaultis30minutes).PushSTART/ENTER.
4.TheProgramDisplaywillhaveadefaultresistancelevelof1forallcolumns.Adjusttheresistancelevel
oftheactivecolumn(flashing)withtheIncrease/Decreasebuttons.PushSTART/ENTERtorecordthe
resistancelevel.Thecompletedcolumnsmoveoffthescreentotheleft,andthenextcolumnisactive.
Continueuntilall40columnsareset.
5.YourCustomProgramisavailableforaworkout.
FromthePowerUpscreen,youcanalsoEDIT ,DELETEorVIEWtheCustomUser.UsetheIncrease/Decreasebuttonstomove
throughtheoptions.PushSTART/ENTERtoselectthem.
