Check RPM Sensor (re-
quiresshroudremoval)
RPM sensor should be aligned with
magnet and connected to data cable.
Re-align sensor if necessary, replace if
any damage to sensor or connecting
wire.
Fan(ifequipped)willnot
turn on or will not turn off
Check data cable integrity All wires in cable should be intact. If any
are cut or crimped, replace cable.
Check data cable
connections/orientation
Be sure cable is connected securely
and oriented properly. Small latch on
connector should line up and snap into
place.
Reset machine Unplug unit from electrical outlet for 3
minutes. Reconnect to outlet.
Unit rocks/does not sit
level
Check leveler adjustment Leveling feet may be turned in or out to
level the machine.
Check surface under unit Adjustment may not be able to com-
pensateforextremelyunevensurfaces.
Move the machine to level area.
Resistance does not
change
Check that unit powers up If machine powers up and otherwise
functions normally, contact Customer
Care for assistance.
Drive train click/tick noise
once per full crank revolu-
tion
Check crank/pulley as-
sembly
Disconnect left and right foot assem-
blies and rotate crank. If sound persists,
replace crank/pulley assembly. If sound
does not come from rotating crank,
check foot assemblies and upper/lower
handlebars.
Check foot assemblies,
leg assemblies, handlebar
assemblies
Manually move foot, leg, and handlebar
assemblies to isolate sound. Replace
part making sound.
Squeakingnoisethatap-
pears a few minutes into a
workout and normally will
get progressively worse as
the workout continues
Bolt that connects the
swingarmstotheaxlerun-
ning through the console
mast
Loosen pivot rod bolt slightly until noise
goes away. See video for demonstra-
tion. White lithium grease can also be
