Guidelines FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE WARNINGS WHEN IN USE COULD RESULT IN INJURY • Do not stand on the item or use as a step ladder • Do not use this item unless all bolts and screws are firmly secured and fastened. • Check all bolts and screws every 90 days. As necessary tighten if any are loose. • Lift up then move. Pushing over or dragging this product can result in an injury or cause damage to the floor and outdoor piece.
Pre-Assembly Preparation: Please read through this instruction booklet before beginning assembly of this item. Two adults are recommended for assembly. • Clear out the space for assembly and lay out all parts on Parts List, extra room will allow you to easily determine if all the pieces are present. • Save all packing materials until assembly is complete to avoid accidentally discarding smaller parts or hardware. • Keep small parts and pieces away from children and pets until fully assembled.
Parts List (1) Left Leg x1 (2) Right Leg x1 (A) 5/16*1 1/2" Bolt x20 (E) 5/16*3/4" Bolt x8 (3) Base Rail x1 (B) Spring washer x 20 (F) Metal L Bracket x2 (4) Support Plate x2 (C) Flat washer x 20 (G) Metal Bracket x2 (5) Headboard x 1 (D) Allen Key x1 (H) Metal Bracket x2 5
Step 1-- 1. Ensure all parts have been removed from the carton and place on a protected surface or carpet. 2. Check all parts are same as the Parts List. 3. Attach base rail (3) to legs (1) & (2) and secure using Bolt (A) with Spring Washer (B) also Flat Washer (C) by using Allen Key (D). 4. Attach Support Plate (4)X2 to leg (1) & (2) and secured using bolt screw (A) with Spring Washer (B) also Flat washer (C) by using Allen Key (D). 5. Ensured all bolts are fully tightened.
Step 2-- 1. Attach assembled unit to the back of Headboard (5) and secure using Bolt (A) with Spring Washer (B) also Flat Washer (C) by using Allen Key (D). 2. Ensured all bolts are fully tightened.
Step 3-- Option 1-for metal bedstead Attach metal L bracket (F) X 2 to headboard leg and secure using bolt (E) by using Allen Key (D).
Step 4-- Option 2-for Wooden bedstead Attach metal bracket (G) X 2 to headboard leg and secure using bolt (E) by using Allen Key (D). Note: To attach metal bracket (H) to your wooden bedstead with proper screws, then lock the bedstead to headboard.
